Why I Do This Job

I've spent over 20 years working with boilers and gas fires, starting out as an apprentice and building the hands-on experience needed to diagnose problems quickly and get them fixed properly the first time. What keeps me in the trade is simple: I like solving problems, and I like knowing a job's been done right.

Every job gets the same treatment, whether it's a routine service or an emergency callout: turn up when I say I will, protect your home while I work, and leave it as tidy as I found it. If something doesn't need doing yet, I'll tell you — you won't get sold work you don't need.

I'm based in Lincolnshire and have spent two decades serving homes across the county, so I know the local housing stock and the boiler makes and models that come with it inside out.
